I have said many times that I continually get blown away by the friendships and generosity with people on blogworld.
I had a pretty terrible week with various things and also the sad departure of a little dog that we have had for over 15 years, and as I pulled up in the driveway in Friday I saw a package.
I knew that I hadnt ordered anything, but am alway excited when something arrives in t he mail

All wrapped up and I couldnt wait to see what "surprise" was inside"
It instantly put a smile on my face and I was just blown away.
It is a gorgeous Pincushion , which has been created by woodturned timber .
I had first seen this on Dory's table at a recent workshop that I attended.
I thought wow - how lucky are these ladies having one of these each that Cheryl generously given them, and walked away shaking my head thinking how amazing blogworld is that special friendships have been formed all via blogland and that when if the opportunity arises that they meet, then it is like catching up with an old friend!!!
I didnt think for a minute that I would be that lucky to have one too.
